When ordering our products, please include your full postal address (House Number, Apartment Number, Full Street Name, Town, City, Zip Code, State etc). Also, include your phone number and an email address for speedy delivery. When ordering products, re-check to make sure that all of your contact information is correct, before payment is made. Last, check that you have ordered the correct product in the correct size, or in the correct color and in the correct quantity, before making payment and checking out.
Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.
