Setting Goals for 2025-2026

Meditation is part of the detoxifying process, and this helps to clear waste products from the mind. Meditation helps you to increase concentration, aid healing, ease the symptoms of many health conditions, break the habit of worrying and may slow the aging process too. When doing your meditation, set your timer for about 10 minutes every day, and try to do your meditation at the same time, and in the same quiet place every day, for best results.
  7. To reduce your time on Social Media per week-reduce your time spent on Social Media and on your computer, so that you can get more done during the day, and move closer to achieving your goals. Too much time spent on the computer, can also lead to eye strain and vision problems.

  9. To spend more time with loved ones (dear friends and family members)-making time for loved ones is very important. Every day, make sure to let your loved ones know how much you love them and appreciate them.   10. To travel more (to visit different countries in the world)-travel more to broaden your horizons. Some benefits of travelling include personal growth, improved health and new experiences. Meeting different people from all over the world can lead to very joyful friendships, help you understand different cultures better, help you improve your vocabulary and communication, help you discover new sides of your personality, and you can even share your adventures with others.
  11. To be more productive at work-this involves reducing unnecessary interruptions, organizing your workspace, focusing on single tasks, scheduling short breaks to avoid burnout, and implementing time management techniques, to help you manage your time better.
  12. To try or start a new hobby-starting a new hobby can have many benefits which include boosting your creativity, reducing stress, learning new skills, providing a sense of purpose, providing a sense of satisfaction, improving your mood, preventing boredom and offering a creative way for you to express yourself.
  13. To have more harmonious relationships at home and at work-have more joyful and harmonious relationships at home and at work, by taking the time to listen to people and empathizing with people. Be respectful of everyone, and try not to judge others and criticize them harshly. Look for the good points in people and compliment them about it. Show appreciation for your family members, friends and work colleagues. The main key to getting along well with others, is to treat people how you would like to be treated yourself.
  14. To have a healthy diet every day (to eat more fruits, vegetables, salads and don’t skip breakfast which is the most important meal for the day)-having a wholesome balanced diet is essential. Your diet should contain fresh fruit and cooked vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds. Try to eat at regular times. Eat slowly to savour the food, and to help with proper digestion of the food. By having a balanced diet, helps us to stay healthy, maintain energy levels, preserve healthy muscles, preserve healthy bones, and also help our brains to function efficiently, no matter how old we are.
  15. To attend church more frequently-attend church more regularly to improve your spiritual connection to God, and to increase your social connections. This can also have a positive impact on your physical health, by reducing stress and tension.
